Really good Hotel Experience
coffee facilities complimentary water fresh towels
The room had fabulous tea and coffee facilities. Complimentary water was also available. The housekeeping service provided fresh towels daily. Breakfast had a very large choice.
The room was quite small. There was not sufficient space for luggage. This was an issue.

Fantastic Hotel Stay Near Everything!
direct train warm meals friendly bar
I found this hotel close to the train station, perfect with a direct train link to the airport. Breakfast had various choices, from a Polish breakfast with eggs and high quality sausage. The chef made specific warm meals, including pancakes with cinnamon. The bar downstairs made any cocktail with passion and friendliness.
The room and bathroom were a bit small. I found the closet was also undersized.

The location offered easy access for walking around and using public transport. This location is near everything, but still on a quiet side street. I found it very convenient.

Acceptable Stay, Issues Need Addressing
poor service constant excuses
The service faltered. I booked one extra prepaid day on my business trip. I informed staff on day one of this error, escalating it to the manager. The agency needed the hotel's agreement to refund one night and the hotel refused. Now, they pretend I never informed them of the early departure. This situation caused multiple hours lost talking to various parties.

a decent stay
nice decoration many options warm meals small room high prices bottled beer
the breakfast had many options, also included warm meals that a chef cooked just for me, this was a unusual option. the room was nicely decorated. the staff was responsive, especially the bartender downstairs, who made any cocktail with passion.
the room felt small and the bathroom also. i think the closet didnt deserve its name. the prices at the rooftop bar are too high. only bottled beer is available.

The room had fresh towels daily. Drink supplies were also restocked each day. The breakfast offered many choices. One could order breakfast too. The staff were efficient and friendly.
The room seemed narrow. The bathroom felt similar. The rooftop bar prices looked too high. There was only bottled beer available. Smoking was not allowed even outside.
